About Our Community
Wildridge Reserve, a Wildridge 6 Association, is a quiet community of 16 beautiful residences, located on a winding road, with large lots, backyards filled with nature (private woods with many trees, deer, turkey, and sometimes a bear sighting too), leading to a private cul-de-sac.
The HOA Board of Directors are very forward-thinking and manage the needs of the community. HOA Dues include lawn care, snow removal, garbage and recycle service, and a private well for lawn irrigation (so you don’t have to pay city water to have green grass).
The residents come from varying backgrounds and expertise, look out for one another, assist when needed, and are so very kind; you won’t find better neighbors anywhere else!
